Call it, then flip

Flip once to choose who starts, or try several flips together.

How it works

  1. Choose how many coins to flip, from 1 to 100. One is a good place to start.
  2. Select Flip coin. A single flip shows a coin; multiple flips show every outcome and a heads/tails tally.
  3. Flip again for a new independent result. Copy or export your outcomes, or open Results to review earlier flips.

Two sides, equal chances

Each flip independently selects heads or tails with equal probability using your browser’s cryptographic random generator. A run of heads does not make tails more likely next time. The animation displays an outcome that has already been selected.

Your inputs stay with you

Your entries, settings and results are processed in this browser and are not sent to our server. Clearing browser data removes saved drafts and results. Export a text file if you want to keep a copy. Hosting may record standard page-request logs.

Will 100 flips give exactly 50 heads?

Not necessarily. Equal chances apply to each flip, not to a guaranteed balance in a short run. Repeated sides and uneven tallies are expected. Use a shuffled list with equal numbers of each label if you need a fixed balance.
