Meeting order

Speaking queue

An order everyone can follow.

Enter your participants, then create a speaking order.

How it works

  1. Enter meeting participants, presenters or discussion members, one per line. Create speaking order shuffles every person into a queue.
  2. Follow the current speaker and select Done & next speaker after each turn. Undo last change moves back without reshuffling the queue.
  3. Copy, export or print the full order with progress. New speaking order asks before replacing an active queue. Edited names take effect when you create a new order.

Random order, predictable progress

The initial speaking order is a uniform shuffle of the entered names, using browser cryptographic randomness. Every participant appears exactly once. Advancing the queue never changes its order. This works for stand-ups, classroom presentations, introductions and discussion rounds; it does not allocate speaking time or measure participation.

Your inputs stay with you

Your entries, settings and results are processed in this browser and are not sent to our server. Clearing browser data removes saved drafts and results. Export a text file if you want to keep a copy. Hosting may record standard page-request logs.

Can I refresh the page during a meeting?

Yes. The active queue, current position and editable names are saved in this browser when storage is available. Creating a new order is a separate action, so finishing the last turn does not silently reshuffle. Undo is available for changes made while this page is open. For a shuffled list without progress tracking, use List shuffler.
